Order Processing
We process orders the next business day after they're placed. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order arrives within 4–7 business days (USA). You'll always get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship within 3–4 weeks. As soon as your batch ships, we'll email your tracking link — then it's the usual 4–7 business days to your door. The 3–4 week wait is a one-time thing — it only applies to your very first order.

Subscribe & Save — Refill Schedule

• 1 bottle: ships every month
• 2 bottles: ships every 2 months
• 3 bottles: ships every 3 months

Never run out. We time your refills to arrive before your last bottle finishes, so your glow routine never skips a beat. Your renewals ship on your normal schedule — no pre-order wait. Edit, skip, or cancel anytime, no fees.

Good to Know

• All delivery times are estimates; outside factors can occasionally cause delays.
• International orders may be subject to customs or import fees (paid by the customer).
